Corinne PILLET

Corinne Pillet, Ph.D. in Law, holds a B.A. in English and German as well as a postgraduate diploma in public and private international law.She gained practical experience at the Paris-based BERTHON RIVIERE LATREILLE ET ASSOCIES chartered accounting and audit firm from 1988 to 1992.

After qualifying as a lawyer in 1993, she became a member of the Paris Bar Association and has since then been specializing in Corporate law acting as a legal adviser for French and foreign companies.

Her areas of expertise are Corporate law, M&A, and the various aspects of insolvency. In particular, she has strong expertise regarding post-acquisition and shareholders’ disputes.

In line with her academic background and professional practice, Corinne PILLET has a keen interest in cross-border economic relationships and regularly attends symposiums and seminars on these subjects.

She works in French, English and German.

Eu égard à sa formation universitaire et à sa pratique professionnelle, Corinne Pillet a pour centre d’intérêts les relations internationales entre les acteurs économiques. Elle anime et participe à des colloques et des séminaires sur ces thèmes.
