Our firm assists its French and foreign corporate clients as part of their business operations.
The Trade Law & International Law team offers two types of services:

• legal advice, to help businesses (from very small enterprises (VSEs) / small- and medium- sized enterprises (SMEs) to groups) secure their day-to-day contractual relationships in France and abroad. As part of this work, our firm drafts contracts and general terms of business, assists its clients as part of negotiations and helps them construe existing agreements.

• litigation, to defend clients’ interests before commercial, civil or arbitration courts if faced with any kind of commercial dispute, including at cross-border level.

Our Trade Law & International Law team is used to providing legal assistance at international scale:

• to defend the interests of foreign investors in France;
• or to defend the interests of French companies as part of their international operations.
